Key Responsibilities
Drive VIP sales metrics to enhance customer engagement and
revenue
Contribute to process and compliance initiatives to improve
operations and service
Manage a high-performing team through coaching and actionable
feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience
4 years of experience in Marketing and Sales, focusing on
relationship building and retention
At least 1 year of experience managing a sales team
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and
increasing revenues
Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
