Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, Engineering to join their
executive team and lead their engineering function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of approximately 60 software engineers,
ensuring high-quality and high-velocity execution
Hire and develop engineering talent, implementing performance
evaluation processes across teams
Foster a collaborative culture while collaborating with
cross-functional partners to achieve ambitious goals
Required Qualifications
Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, or a related field
15+ years of engineering experience with progressively increasing
responsibilities
Strong technical mastery in software engineering and a commitment
to continuous learning
Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams,
preferably managing 50+ engineers
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency to deliver
results
