Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture a community of passionate customer advocates
Analyze customer insights data to identify advocacy opportunities
and create compelling content
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advocacy efforts
with company initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or customer success focused
on customer advocacy
Proven track record of building and managing successful customer
advocacy programs
Experience in developing various types of customer content such as
case studies and testimonials
Familiarity with Salesforce and customer reference tools
Strong background in data analysis and project management
