    • Job Requirements
    • ARRT, BLS certification required
    • Radiation badge is required
    • IR experience required
    • Preferred Trauma and Neuro Experience but not required
      • Schedule Information
      • Day shift, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
      • Weeknight call 2-3 times per week, depending on experience
      • Weekend call primary 1 weekend per month
      • No holiday call requirements
      • Call response time is 30 minutes
        • Unit Specific Information
        • No requirement for floating to other units
        • Do not use Registered Radiology Assistants
          • Additional Details
          • 3 IR suites available
          • No need to float/cover other areas
          • Types of procedures include biopsies, chest tubes, angiograms, port placements, GJ placements, permCaths, temp dialysis, fistulagrams
          • 10-15 scans/studies per day on average
          • EMR & PACS systems in use are CERNER and PACS
          • Department-specific equipment includes Philips Allura Clarity Xper FD20, Philips Biplane, and Siemens Axiom Artis FA
          • Lead Tech and Nurse on shift, along with Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech
          • No use of RRAs (Registered Radiology Assistants)
          • Radiologist in-house available
          • No requirement to start IVs
          • OR scrubs provided by the hospital
          • Department-specific orientation provided: 0700-1730 + call
