  • Job Details
  • A large hospital in Arizona is looking for experienced Cath Lab RNs for a travel assignment.
  • The right candidate will have 2 years of experience and hold an active ACLS, BLS and AZ license or compact.
  • - Unit: Cath Lab
  • - Certs: BLS, ACLS. AZ license
  • - Cases: 10-25 cases per day. Circulating, no Scrub
  • - EMR: Cerner and Xper
  • - Charge Nurse: Yes
  • - Nurse Aides: Rad techs - Circulating and Scrub, Certified. Cover Endo and CVOR.
  • - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Interventional, EP lab, peripherals, EP - cardiology and vascular, mitro clip, TAVR, IABP and Emtala placement.
  • - Additional Notes: Use Phillips and Siemens equipment.
  • - Floor specific orientation: 2 days on job.
    • Job Requirements
    • Cath Lab experience needed: 2 years
    • Active ACLS certification required
    • Active BLS certification required
    • AZ license or compact license required
    • RN- Az License, BLS and ACLS Required
    • Tech- Az ARRT and MRTBE Required, BLS and ACLS
    • RNs circulate, Techs must be able to scrub.
      • Schedule Information
      • 3, 12 hour shifts 6 am-6:30 pm plus call.
      • Call -varied 6 to 10 shifts per schedule (30 minute response time required)
      • - Shifts: 12 hr shifts. 6-630, M-F.
      • - Call: 8-12 days a month depending on the month
      • - Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule
      • - Holidays: Work into rotation.
