Responsibilities:
--- Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing probate documents, including petitions, pleadings, and correspondence.
--- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of findings related to probate matters.
--- Manage and maintain probate files, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible.
--- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel regarding case status and updates.
--- Prepare for hearings, trials, and mediations as needed.

Qualifications:
--- Experience with Probate law in Arizona of at least 3 years
--- Experience with Litigation of at least 3 years
