Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Commercial.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review healthcare-related commercial agreements,
including business associate and provider agreements
Support partnerships by focusing on revenue-generating agreements
and vendor services agreements
Collaborate with the Head of Legal and cross-functional teams to
facilitate business growth in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA accredited law school and licensed
to practice in at least one state
At least 3 years of legal experience, particularly in healthcare
contract review and advising
Experience managing cross-functional projects and establishing
rapport with business leaders
Strong project management and organizational skills
Passion for maternal and child health
