M&A Attorney Mergers and Acquisition Risk Management Insurance Products Lawyer Counsel Financing Technology Intellectual Property IP and Brand Licensing Business Liquidations Financial Reorganizations _ .

Insurance underwriter for mergers and acquisitions seeks specialist who can collaboratively develop custom insurance policies.

Shall:

*** Review merger and acquisition agreements from an insurance risk perspective.

*** Uncover, isolate, and quantify pre-and-post-closing liabilities.

*** Verify that liabilities assumption is accurate and based on agreements between parties and stakeholders.

*** Validate liabilities offsetting assets and lender insurance requirements.

*** Analyze corporate control change risks.

*** Review final insurance and indemnity provisions.
