Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner
to execute recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment projects, including job performance
profiles and candidate submissions
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract
high-quality candidates
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to
ensure effective recruitment processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in agency or in-house recruitment,
preferably in IT/technical and Sales recruitment
Proven track record in recruiting passive candidates in competitive
labor markets
Experience with Oracle HCM or similar Applicant Tracking
Systems
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional
networking tools
Experience working effectively within remote teams
