Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive
recruiting efforts across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source and attract top talent through various
channels
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job briefings,
sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create
effective recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications
8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the tech
industry
Proven track record of recruiting for diverse roles across multiple
departments
Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and
job boards
Experience working in a startup environment and with global
teams
Familiarity with tools like Coda, HiBob, Workable, or Greenhouse is
a plus
