Interns who perform well and demonstrate a commitment to our values of integrity, creativity, teamwork, passion and excellence may be extended employment opportunities with Western Alliance Bank.The intern will be a team member of:Payment and Deposit OperationsIt is imperative that our operations teams have strong visibility into the work that they do and our overall resulting performance and to the drivers that are impacting and changing our business. We are looking for an intern who will work with each group to define and be more prescriptive of the type of work that they do and how it is measured and reported today. From there, the intern will help us further identify the most relevant reporting needs and data sets required, and produce refined reporting that illuminates performance and trends and staffing models.What we are looking for: Individuals who are passionate and entrepreneurial, just like our clients. Specifically, we're looking for top-performers interested in pursuing careers in Commercial Banking.You may be a fit for the program if you meet certain eligibility requirements, including:

• Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a related field of study
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision
• An interest in working in the Commercial Business Banking industryTo be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
