Excellent opportunity exists for a dynamic Primary Care physician to join Banner Health Centers & Clinics in the rapidly growing Phoenix Metropolitan area. • Flexible schedules with limited call (phone call consult only), encouraging a balanced lifestyle
• 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time
• Medical Assistants, Front Desk, network of specialists and leadership support provided
• Clinical responsibilities to include wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interestWe seek candidates who are:
  • Interested in Family or Geriatric patient populations
  • Are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine (ABMS)
