Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide
comprehensive help desk support and troubleshoot technical
issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for technical issues via phone, email,
and chat
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
Conduct periodic on-site visits for installations and maintenance
of IT infrastructure
Required Qualifications
Strong customer service orientation
Proficient troubleshooting skills across various operating systems
(Windows, macOS, Linux)
Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS,
and DHCP
Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems and remote support
tools
Flexibility to learn new technologies and adapt to changing IT
environments
