Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Analytics Specialist to
enhance data-driven decision-making in the Health and Risk
Solutions organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business workflows and
opportunities for data-driven improvements
Lead project scoping and requirement gathering, translating
business objectives into actionable problem statements
Manage ongoing monitoring and performance tracking of AI solutions
in production
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in the health insurance industry, particularly in
underwriting, claim management, and distribution
Master's Degree preferred
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data
scientists and business stakeholders
Comfort with data analysis tools such as SQL and Python
Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, data
science, or related fields with 2+ years of experience
