Job Description:
A company is looking for an Automotive Claims Adjuster to handle
claims and provide customer support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and adjudicate claims while assessing contract coverage
Engage with customers regarding claim processing and authorize
claims
Document and investigate new losses and process necessary
paperwork
Required Qualifications and Education:
2+ years of experience in an automotive service environment as a
Technician or Service Advisor
Minimum of a high school diploma
Ability to work with multiple computer systems and applications
Experience in a fast-paced environment with efficient workflow
management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various
stakeholders
