A company is looking for a Bilingual Korean / Cantonese Remote
Medication Adherence Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in-depth discussions with patients about medication
adherence and identify barriers
Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to patients
Adapt procedures to effectively meet demands in atypical
situations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, or CNA certification
2-5 years of experience with pharmacy and outbound calls
Bilingual in Korean or Cantonese, proficient in English
