for driving the overall user experience, feature strategies and
concepts, and engagement paradigms for Disney Entertainment &
ESPN's global portfolio of consumer-facing streaming and digital

Marvel, and Star Wars.We are seeking a Product Manager to join our
Operations Interfaces and Tools team. This domain supports all
operator and content management tooling for Media across all
content formats and shapes: VOD, live, linear, metadata. This role
is a part of the Media Product team, which is a technical and
horizontally aligned Product Management domain that enables the
backbone of Disney's DTC media ecosystem including acquisition,
media processing, video player, and operational tools. This role
will focus on tools and interfaces related to Content Metadata
Management: availability, schedules, brands,
entitlements.Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product strategy and vision for
content management tools supporting our media platform and
workflows.
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and
iteration.
- Develop and maintain a clear tooling roadmap in collaboration
with partners in Engineering, Operations, and Product
management.
- Partner closely with Enterprise Design as part of the discovery
and refinement process.
- Define clear product specifications, create user stories, and
work with engineering teams to ensure successful development,
testing, and release.
- Track KPIs and incorporate measures into the strategy to
continuously optimize the product and make data-driven
decisions.Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of product management or relevant experience
required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven
insights to inform product decisions, measure performance, and
optimize the user experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to drive product initiatives from concept to
delivery.
- Ability to work with engineering teams to discuss technical
concepts, make tradeoffs to remove roadblocks, operate a successful
delivery cadence, and evaluate new ideas.Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with UX design (Enterprise
Design).
- Familiar with User Centered Design framework, service
blueprints, personas, workflow mapping.
- Knowledge of media supply chain concepts and operational
workflows.Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.The hiring range
for this position in New York, NY is $120,300 to $161,300 per year
and in Los Angeles, CA is $114,900 to $154,100 per year. The base
pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and
also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region,
job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of
the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical,
financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and
