This role is key to keeping our facility clean, safe, and running smoothly-from customer areas and offices to restrooms and shop floors. Your work helps ensure every guest and employee enjoys a top-notch experience every day Our Custodians earn $18 - $20 per hour The work schedule is Monday - Friday 8am -5pm Key Responsibilities:Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and other common areasClean and sanitize the interior of luxury coaches and RVsSweep, mop, vacuum, and dust facility floors and surfacesEmpty trash and recycling bins throughout the facilityMaintain cleanliness in service bays, shop areas, and exterior groundsRestock cleaning and hygiene supplies (paper products, soap, sanitizer, etc.)Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Facilities ManagerFollow assigned cleaning schedules and adhere to safety protocolsAssist with event setup and light maintenance tasks as neededPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications:Previous custodial or janitorial experience is requiredFamiliarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and best practicesComfortable working in and around hot weather, especially during summer months Dependable, punctual, and self-motivatedComfortable working independently or within a teamFlexible schedule, including weekend availability as neededKnowledge of cleaning and detailing products and techniquesGood time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasksExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsValid Driver's license and clean driving recordMust be at least 19 years of age or older Working Conditions:Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical laborMay require extended periods of standing, walking, and bendingMay require lifting or moving heavy equipment or objectsMay require working in tight spaces or at heightsMay require exposure to natural elements such as inclement weather, extreme temperaturesMay require exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicalsMay require working weekends or holidays What We Offer:We believe in investing in our employees with a great benefits package and ongoing training to help you reach your career goals:Medical, Dental, and Vision - Available 1st of the month following 30 days of employmentVoluntary Supplemental benefits (STD, LTD, Life, Accident, Critical Illness)401K Over 100 hours of PTO in the 1st year4 paid Holidays and 40 hours of Floating HolidayIndustry leading payBrand new facilitiesAdvancement opportunitiesWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
