Bring your technical skills and problem-solving abilities to a dynamic environment where your contributions will keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently!salary: $54,080 - $56,160 per yearshift: Secondwork hours: 4 PM - 12 AMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including conveyors, forklifts, HVAC systems, and other machinery.Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across various systems.Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and document findings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment failures, prioritizing urgent repairs.Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies.Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety standards.Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary.Train and mentor junior maintenance staff, sharing best practices and safety protocols.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentwearing steel toe shoesmanual lifting up to 50lbsworking up to 4 hrs of overtime per weekworking weekendsSkillsMaintenance (3 years of experience is preferred)Electrical Systems KnowledgeDiagnostic SkillsTechnical ProficiencyHydraulics and PneumaticsTime Management SkillsBlueprintsStrong Communication SkillsHVAC SystemsQualificationsYears of experience: 3 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
