Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to manage and nurture relationships with Law Firm Clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall success and client satisfaction with DMS and Drafting Solutions projects
Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan for client adoption of assigned solutions
Track and analyze client usage data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

Experience in customer success, account management, or client services
Familiarity with Generative AI, Microsoft products, and Document Management Systems like iManage and NetDocuments
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Legal or technology-related background is helpful
