and our staff.About the Role:As a -BCBA -you will plan, develop and
monitor effective treatment using evidence-based treatment methods.
You will collaborate with team members, services providers,
families, and other agencies as appropriate and provides ongoing
training and direct supervision to RBTs. Your work will directly
change the lives of individuals with autism and their
families.Arizona Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Responsibilities:Conducts ABA program management for children with
autism spectrum disordersConduct initial assessmentsSupervise RBTs
and conducts training and coachingCollaborate with client's
treatment team and families to improve communicative, social, and
behavioral outcomes for all clients, including Behavior
Technicians, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists
and schoolsFacilitate parent training and support families to
access community resourcesConduct supervision in client's home and
through telehealth.Desired Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities:Knowledge and proficiency with a range of clinical
approaches to careUse professional knowledge and independent
judgment to strategize continuous improvements.Strong assessment
skills and treatment planning expertiseGood analytical/critical
thinking skills with the ability to record, track, and analyze
therapy progressMust have strong positive communication and
interpersonal skills - works well with parents, children and other
professionalsClient focus and strong ability to function as a team
memberBilingual is a plusRequirementsMust be Certified as a
-Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) -through the BACB.Must
have a LBA in the state of Arizona.Must be physically able to
perform direct and supervision sessionsMust be able to administer
variety of assessments and write treatment plansMust be able to
obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance cardMust be willing to
complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through
BACBAbility to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid
certificationMust hold a valid drivers' license and maintain proper
