Job Description:
A company is looking for an Escrow Analyst I, primarily
responsible for the timely administration of advanced requirements
related to insurance, taxes, and escrow accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain escrow lines in the servicing system and perform escrow
analyses
Determine root causes for payment changes, overages, and shortages
while managing assigned pipeline
Ensure compliance with state, regulatory, and investor guidelines
through audits and control report reviews
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of escrow servicing experience in a banking or mortgage
company
Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel with skills in
V-Lookup and data management
Knowledge of escrow functions and experience with MSP platform
environments
High school diploma and/or some college education
