Job Description:
A company is looking for a Network Maintenance Engineer
responsible for managing and coordinating network maintenance
activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the network maintenance process, including scheduling
activities and notifying customers of impacts
Review service orders to assess potential impacts and communicate
with affected customers
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure
adherence to maintenance policies and improve processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Minimum of five years of experience in change management or network
operations in the telecom industry
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and telecom network
technologies
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and circuit inventory
software
Understanding of fiber optic network equipment, including SONET and
DWDM
