Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outbound Phone Sales Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to guide families in their search for senior
living communities
Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or
care providers
Follow up with families throughout the decision-making process,
providing referrals and scheduling tours
Required Qualifications
Prior phone sales and remote work experience preferred
Ability to multi-task, including talking on the phone while taking
notes
Capability to manage a large lead base through intensive
follow-up
No senior living industry experience required
