Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor to
manage mortgage loan processing tasks remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Review files from underwriters to ensure all documents are correct
and services are ordered for timely closing
Analyze title searches and prepare mortgage loan files for closing,
coordinating with escrow and title companies
Train team members and assist with HMDA reporting and other related
duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Three years of mortgage loan processing experience
Working knowledge of NCUA lending regulations and mortgage lending
concepts
Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC underwriting guidelines
Experience with mortgage and consumer processing systems
High School Diploma
