Resource Center Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries by gathering and verifying sensitive
information and processing requests efficiently
Provide support by answering policy questions, updating personal
information, and transferring callers to specialists for complex
inquiries
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and participate in team
initiatives to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with 1 year in
financial services or insurance preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency with Windows PC and Microsoft Office
Ability to work flexible shifts within the contact center's
operating hours
Must have a quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet
connection for remote work
