Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pendo Success Specialist to join
their Digital Adoption team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the rollout of Pendo Adopt instances, ensuring implementation
goals are met on time and with quality
Deliver strategy and training sessions for onboarding new Adopt
customers to ensure long-term success
Assist in training team members and stakeholders on managing
content and analytics within the Pendo system
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience with the Pendo Engage Platform or similar
products
Experience with Pendo Adopt
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
Experience with Jira or a content management system
Experience in customer training or software implementation
